Anyone can be a Men & Champion
This is for people who care and will share.
Whether you’re a coach, barber, agency staff, community or faith leader, radio host, parent, local advocate, or anyone else who wants to help men in their community have healthier relationships and mental health through small day to day actions.
Men & Champions help normalize help-seeking by making the next step easy to find, right when it’s needed.

Our research at Men & shows that men can take up to two years to get help when they’re going through difficulties. At the same time, we’ve also learned that if a man engages for more than four minutes, he's likely to share deeply and find help.
This is why we started the Four by Four Challenge, inviting you to check in with four guys for at least four minutes in the next four weeks about their mental health and relationships.
Just four minutes of real talk can make a huge difference for the men in your life.
